Ever think about becoming an InstaBOUNCE Coach?

If you’re ready to change your life by serving others in a big way, our training program may be for you. We are currently seeking passionate Insta clients, athletes, health professionals, dancers, teachers, actors, performers and all-around fitness pros to join the InstaBounce Certification Program.

Our Bounce training program is in-depth and robust, and covers:

  • Fundamentals of InstaPhysique’s Coaching Method
  • Exercise science and human biomechanics
  • Functional anatomy of the human body
  • Functional movement and training principles
  • Cueing, counting, exercise set-ups
  • In-depth analysis and practice of all movements, variations, modifications, and advancements for each exercise
  • How to effectively teach, motivate and coach a mixed-level group class, and on-camera virtual classes.
  • Performance based coaching
  • How to hear a beat, and teach to music
  • Safety and injury prevention
  • Practice teaching, mentorship & much, much more!

MUST have the ability to attend ALL IN-PERSON Weekend training dates: (please submit interest and you will be notified of upcoming dates)

If you align with the above attributes and wish to be considered for our next training, we need to hear from you. Please, fill out our application to let us know a few things about yourself—all replies are kept confidential and the information you submit is never shared. We’ll answer you via email with more information. Not every respondent will be invited to partake in the training. There is no guarantee of an employment offer upon completion of training workshops. Upon completion of the training, attendees interested in coaching for INSTA may audition to teach a mock class.

Final Audition: Completed within 2 months of final training weekend.
