This is being done with permission from the Sacramento County Department of Health Services. In order to maintain strict physical distance, we have reduced our capacity by more than half.
While we understand the risks associated with COVID-19, we also believe in the positive impact connection and functional exercise can have on our overall health and well-being.
We are confident in our plan to serve you, and yet acknowledge this situation is ever-evolving: we are committed to fine-tuning our solutions to support our community to the best of our ability.

We understand the risks associated with COVID-19, and we also believe in the positive impact connection and functional exercise can have on our immune system + overall health and well-being.
We're committed to helping people live a longer, more vibrant life. And, we're doing it safely: providing a small, controlled exercise environment where extended interaction between individuals is avoided, strict physical distancing is always maintained, fresh air is circulated, and masks are required at all times.
Our HVAC systems have undergone a special coil sanitization service that helps to combat COVID. We have HEPA air purifiers with medical grade filtration that filter out 99.98% of fine airborne particles. Doors will be open during classes and in between classes to provide fresh airflow. Clients must wipe down all touched surfaces before and after each use.
The entirety of our studios are regularly fogged with a safe, non-toxic, EPA approved surface disinfectant that kills SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and 99% of viruses.
Our staff will be required to maintain a sanitation log with date and checklist of all spaces that were sanitized. An EPA-approved disinfectant spray product will be used on all equipment and studio touch-point areas in between classes. Additional time is scheduled between sessions to allow for heightened sanitation.
InstaPhysique will observe strict spatial regulations to ensure close contact is removed. There will be more than 6 feet of space between class participants at all times. The Megas have been moved/staggered to allow for this, and the floor has been marked with tape.
Temperature checks and screening will be performed for all staff before each shift for the safety of the community. Temperature checks will also be conducted for clients prior to entering the studio. Anyone exhibiting symptoms will kindly be asked to return another time.
No walk-ins allowed. Only clients who have pre-scheduled appointments or classes will be allowed to enter the studio.
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class. Please be on time as we cannot accept latecomers. Doors are kept open for fresh airflow, but please do not enter if you are late to class.
As always, grip socks are required. Socks, masks and face shields will be available for purchase at the studio.
Benches and cubbies are temporarily closed until further notice. Shoes and personal items may be stored in the well of your machine. The complimentary toiletries have been temporarily removed from restrooms.
If you are in a high-risk category or take care of someone who is, we understand that returning to InstaPhysique may not be an option for you at this time. By choosing to attend, even with increased safety measures, you acknowledge and accept the additional risks associated with the global health pandemic, COVID-19.
To protect our coaches and clients alike, coaches will wear a mask while instructing. Participants are required to wear a cloth or surgical face mask during class.
Don't worry - you will receive plenty of verbal cues and motivation to ensure an amazing workout.
Greetings with clients, such as high-fives, hugs or handshakes won't take place. Be prepared for air-fives, air hugs and tons of verbal insta love.
