    Book a Class

    We welcome all fitness levels, and the best way to learn is to simply purchase our 2 Week Introductory special. Book your classes and get ready for some shaky fun! Remember to download our app to seamlessly book classes and manage your schedule and rewards.

    Step Two

    Arrive 10-15 minutes early

    First-time clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class for a machine orientation.  We will give you a warm welcome, show you around, and address any questions you may have, or anything that could potentially impact your workout like current/prior injuries. Your belongings will stay with you at your machine. Please do not wear hand jewelry as it tears up our machines. If you do not arrive at least 10 minutes early for your 1st class, you will be turned away for safety reasons.

    What to Bring

    Grip socks are required for Megaformer and Bounce workouts for sanitary & safety reasons. Bring a water bottle and optionally a towel! Grip socks are available for purchase should you forget yours. Studios are equipped with a refillable filtered water stations. Bottled water, protein drinks & bars are also available for sale, along with sweat towels.

    Step Four

    What to Expect During Class

    Your coach will provide personalized attention, verbal instruction and hands-on assistance. The magic of the Mega is a newbie can train next to a pro athlete and you’ll both be getting an awesome workout. Your goal isn’t to do the moves perfectly at first, but to keep your body moving as you build new neuromuscular connections. Your coach will provide you with modifications and resistance options to get the intensity that’s right for you. You may feel a bit lost during your 1st class. That’s to be expected with anything new. The eureka moment usually hits by the 5th class and it all starts to click. So hang in there & enjoy the process – we promise the results are worth it. We are here to ensure you feel supported, guiding you every step of the way!

    What to Expect After Class

    Every class ends with a guided stretch. Be sure to hydrate and refuel your body post-workout. For added results and improved recovery, book a Sauna (in Sacramento)or Roll session (in all studios).  Or, take advantage of our complimentary Hypervolt percussion massage devices available for your usage before or after class. Then, book your next class! Consistency is key. Your body (and mind) need a couple of weeks to develop new movement patterns. You’ll start to look and feel stronger in no time. We recommend taking 3-4 classes per week for optimal results, and encourage you to take classes from different coaches as you get to know the studio!
