So, we designed a membership program to help keep you feeling your best, whether you want to attend classes 1x per week, 2x per week, 3x per week or Unlimited.

Option to put membership on hold up to 1 month for 12-month commitments, and 1 week for 3-month commitments. Additional holds are available for $25 per week. (accomodations are always made for medical reasons)

MEMBERSHIP- THINGS TO KNOW
Your series will renew every month on the activation date per the length of your contract; an active credit card must be kept on file.
All classes purchased may be used at either InstaPhysique location.
Going on a long trip, or just not going to be able to make it in for awhile? You can always freeze your contract for the following number of days according to your contract length:
• 12-month contracts = 30 days total
• 3-month contracts = 7 days total
We will always make exceptions for medical reasons.
Recurring Memberships automatically renew after completion of the initial commitment, on a month-to-month basis. If you do not wish to continue after the initial commitment has been met, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days before your billing date.

All classes must be pre-paid.
All sales are final. All class series purchased are transferable to another account, but are non-refundable.
Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio. If you need to purchase grip socks, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before your class starts and your class will be credited back to your account.
If you cancel within the 12 hour late cancellation window, your account will lose the class credit. If you are on an ‘unlimited’ membership, you will be charged a $15.00 late cancellation fee.
If you do not cancel, late cancel or do not show up for your class, you will be charged a no show fee of $20.00, regardless of the package or membership you use to book the class. If you do not show for one class and take another class, you will still be charged a $20.00 no show fee.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so via your online account.
