The Mega provides a system allowing for the key elements of resistance and counter-resistance that we program in sequences allowing for periods of zero gravity at peak muscle contraction. Underneath the carriage that moves forward and back is our workload, aka our “smart tension”. The tension will adjust to your strength curve, allowing for maximum contraction and the fullest range of motion with little to no impact on the joint.
Unlike free weights or other resistance methods, our spring-loaded system does not rely on gravity, thus providing continuous and constant tension to the muscles being trained.
