InstaMega is the ultimate science-driven workout method, offering professional grade neuromuscular strength and conditioning. This is a total body, functional conditioning method, designed to reshape your body and make you stronger for everyday life.

We manipulate tension, range of motion, angles, tempo and velocity, duration, planes of motion, and exercise sequencing to train the body at an effective intensity and stimulate the body’s adaptive changes.

You’ll work every muscle in its length, which improves flexibility, and focus on core stabilizing exercises while maintaining proper form throughout every move. This is all done in a controlled, quick, safe and effective manner that provides unparalleled results.

Our Mega workout addresses all aspects of fitness in a single, results-oriented 40 minute workout. In each class we ensure your body works as efficiently as it possibly can. You’ll move very slowly through each challenging exercise, in combination with precisely sequenced intervals and explosive movements. This is where the shaking, sweating, and fat burning really begin. We make sure your muscles do not rest until they are maxed out. Clients who practice regularly experience profound changes in their body including fat loss, visible muscle definition and gains, improved strength, endurance, flexibility, and a whole new level of energy. Results can be seen (and felt) within the first few sessions: obliques become more visible, glutes are lifted, abs are flattened. And who doesn’t want that?

InstaPhysique starts with the famed Megaformer and adds outstanding coaches to create an intense 40–minute workout that will earn you a lithe and powerful body—safely and effectively.

The Mega provides a system allowing for the key elements of resistance and counter-resistance that we program in sequences allowing for periods of zero gravity at peak muscle contraction. Underneath the carriage that moves forward and back is our workload, aka our “smart tension”. The tension will adjust to your strength curve, allowing for maximum contraction and the fullest range of motion with little to no impact on the joint.

Unlike free weights or other resistance methods, our spring-loaded system does not rely on gravity, thus providing continuous and constant tension to the muscles being trained. With the dynamic Mega, we are able to constantly evolve our workout experiences to challenge our clients in new ways. IT NEVER GETS EASY. YOU JUST GET STRONGER!

Insta Full-body

Our signature Megaformer class will strengthen your entire body, tone and elongate muscles, improve endurance, burn fat and allow you to sculpt your physique in ways traditional exercises cannot. Be prepared to sweat and shake. The class is adaptable to all fitness levels – it may be the hardest workout you've never done, but it is also safe, efficient, effective, and fun!

Insta Abs + Arms

Intelligently-sequenced to shred your abs and strengthen your entire upper-half! This specialty class is designed with all the heart pumping core, abs, oblique, and arm-focused work you love. A great class to give the legs a day off and focus primarily on core strength.

InstaX (stretch)

A unique beat-driven class includes a warm-up and dynamic deep stretches utilizing the Megaformer. Designed as a recovery class to stretch the entire body, helping to increase mobility, flexibility and range of motion in the way your body craves. You will leave the studio feeling loose, elongated, relaxed and rejuvenated. Your muscles work hard for you, it's time to treat them right!
