Fun, fun, and fun (to me a workout should be enjoyable, not a punishment!)

This workout, while challenging, encourages you to connect with your body and find meaning in what it is ACTUALLY capable of! Why do you love this workout?
I love that it is a high-intensity but low-impact workout. Recently, I have had to face the reality that my body (specifically my knees) just cannot handle large volumes of high impact movements anymore. This workout shows that almost anyone can get a good workout while getting their needs catered to at the same time!
