Why do you love this workout?
A climbing accident several years ago left me with serious hardware in my leg. I was advised my leg would never fully recover and running more than a few miles was “questionable”. Not only did the pain kept me from running but it would have me limping when I walked; creating back pain and the physical and mental downhill spiral would begin. Every year it got worse and I was eventually always in pain even on my good days. Then I discovered InstaPhysique! It didn’t take long to notice a huge difference in strength, flexibly and pain relief! Now I am running more than I was before the accident, and feel stronger than ever.
