YOUR FIRST TIME AT INSTAPHYSIQUE?

Follow these steps to get the the most effective and complete workout,

BUY & BOOK YOUR FIRST CLASS
We’re so excited you’re thinking of taking your first InstaPhysique class. If you’re nervous, don’t be. We welcome all fitness levels, and the best way to learn is to simply show up and join in!
Buy Your Class

To book your first class at InstaPhysique, create an online account and choose one of our New Client Intro offers.

Book Your Class

Then book your class via the online class schedule. You will receive an email confirmation after booking (make sure you signed up for class at the correct location!). All purchases are valid at either InstaPhysique location.

Booking Tip

The best time to sign up for classes is Sunday at 12:00 PM! Classes for the following week open for booking every Sunday at NOON. We have small class sizes, which tend to fill up quickly; this booking window is designed to provide you the best opportunity to schedule your preferred times.

WHAT TO BRING
Workout Clothes

Wear form-fitting, breathable workout clothes & remember your mask! Grip socks are required for your safety on the Megaformer. If you don’t bring a pair you will be asked to purchase a pair at the studio.

Workout Accessories

Bring a water bottle (we have a filtered water station to refill at, however this is temporarily disabled due to COVID reopening guidelines) and small towel (to wipe your sweat!).

Masks Required

For the safety of our community, a mask is currently required at all times, including during the workout.

ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY
First-time clients must arrive no later than 10 minutes before class for an overview of the machine. If you do not arrive early for your first class, you will be turned away for safety reasons.

We’ll get you settled in, explain the machine and learn more about you too – let us know if you have any injuries or specific fitness goals. You’ll put your belongings in the well of your machine.

(Note: Please do not wear hand jewelry as it tears up our machines. Our storage cubbies are currently out of service due to COVID restrictions, so your belongings will stay with you.)

BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF!
As with starting anything new, there is a learning process.
Small Classes

With small class sizes, we offer a non-intimidating, supportive environment – your coach will support you by offering verbal and hands-on assistance (Note: due to current COVID guidelines, we are not offering hands-on adjustments as we normally would).

Have Fun

You are not expected to understand all the cues and exercise names during your first class, but you will be able to follow along. You will work your body in ways you didn’t know were possible, and have fun doing it!

Keep Moving!

Regardless of your fitness background, you may struggle the first few classes. Your goal isn’t to do the move perfectly at first, but to keep your body moving!

COMMIT TO COMING BACK
Our workout is famous for jaw-dropping results.

Consistency is key. Give us THREE classes to show you how strong your body is and how quickly you can see physical results.

Even when you’re confused or sore, keep coming back! Your body (and mind) needs a couple of weeks to develop new movement patterns. You’ll start to look and feel stronger in no time.

We recommend taking 2-4 classes per week, and taking class from different coaches to see which ones you vibe with the best.
