We’re so excited you’re thinking of taking your first InstaPhysique class. If you’re nervous, don’t be. We welcome all fitness levels, and the best way to learn is to simply purchase our 2 Week Introductory special, book your classes, show up, and join in!
To book your first class at InstaPhysique, create an online account and choose one of our New Client Intro offers.
You can book your class in either location via the live class schedule on our website or app. You will receive an email confirmation after booking (make sure you signed up for class at the correct location!). If you need help or have questions about classes, chat with us!
The best time to sign up for classes is Sunday at 12:00 PM! Classes for the following week are open for booking every Sunday at NOON. We have small class sizes, which tend to fill up quickly; this booking window is designed to provide you the best opportunity to schedule your preferred times.

Grip socks are required for your safety on the Megaformer. If you don’t bring a pair you will be asked to purchase a pair at the studio. Wear form-fitting, breathable workout clothes!
Bring a water bottle. We have a filtered water station to refill at if needed.
Bring a personal towel if you'd like, as you will sweat!

First-time clients must arrive no later than 10 minutes before class for an overview of the machine. If you do not arrive early for your first class, you will be turned away for safety reasons.
We’ll get you settled in, explain the machine and learn more about you too – let us know if you have any injuries or specific fitness goals. You’ll put your belongings in the well of your machine.
(Note: Please do not wear hand jewelry as it tears up our machines. Your belongings will stay with you at your machine.)
As with starting anything new, there is a learning process.
With small class sizes, we offer a non-intimidating, supportive environment – we get to know you and your goals. Your coach will support you by offering both verbal and hands-on assistance. Our classes are designed for all levels!
You are not expected to understand all the cues and exercise names during your first few classes, but you will be able to follow along. You will work your body in ways you didn’t know were possible, and have fun doing it!
Regardless of your fitness background, you may struggle the first few classes. Your goal isn’t to do the move perfectly at first, but to keep your body moving as you build new neuromuscular connections. Enjoy the process - we promise the results are worth it!
